Message Logs

Message logs help you review conversations and understand how your bot performs.

Viewing logs

Go to Message Logs in the bot workspace. You will see recent conversations sorted by date.

Each conversation shows:

• A preview of the last message
• The date and time
• Total message count
• A confidence indicator

Filtering

Use the date filters to narrow down conversations:

• From and To dates
• Use Clear to reset filters

Confidence score

Inside a conversation, bot replies include a confidence percentage. Use this to spot weak answers and improve training data.

Refreshing logs

Click Refresh to fetch the latest conversations.
