I cannot sign up without an invitation code

Kakapo is invite-only. Request a code here.

I did not receive the sign-up or reset email

• Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
• Check spam or junk folders.
• If it still does not arrive, try again.

My bot says "No public chatbot with this ID exists"

The bot is private or was deleted. If not deleted, turn on Public in Configuration > Settings.

My embed says "Origin not allowed"

Your bot is restricted to specific domains. Add your site origin in Allowed Domains (for example, https://example.com). See Settings for details.

Upload failed or file not supported

Only TXT and PDF are supported. Other file types will be skipped.

Training did not add anything

• Duplicate URLs or files are skipped.
• Remove duplicates or update the source content, then retrain.

The bot replies are not accurate

• Add more focused data sources.
• Use Q&A pairs for specific questions.
• Adjust the system prompt to guide tone and scope.
• Lower temperature to reduce creativity.

I hit a rate limit

Queries are rate-limited to protect the service. Wait a minute and try again.
