Dashboard

The dashboard lists your chatbots. Each card shows the bot name and description. Click a card to open the bot workspace.

Create a bot

1. Click Create new Chatbot in the header or from the empty state screen.
2. Enter a name and optional description.
3. Click Create Bot.

Limits

• Maximum active bots per user: 10.

If you reach the limit, you must delete an existing bot before creating a new one.

Bot workspace

A bot workspace includes:

• Configuration settings (General, Model, Theme, Settings)
• Data sources (URLs, Files, Text, Q&A)
• Chat interface for testing
• Embed and share options
• Message logs

Delete a bot

1. Go to Configuration > Settings.
2. Use Delete Bot.

Deleting a bot permanently removes it from Kakapo, including its trained sources, uploaded files, API keys, and conversation history. This cannot be undone.

Limited billing, security, backup, or other operational records may be retained according to the privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.
